Corey White

Corey lives in Fuquay Varina with his wife and two young daughters. He is a licensed NC home inspector (#4342) and small business owner proudly serving Wake County. Corey is fully insured and carries $1 million in E&O/Liability coverage. He is a member of the Triangle MLS (TMLS), Inspector Nation, and InterNACHI. In his spare time, Corey enjoys volunteering in his community through his church, his daughter’s school, and the local food cupboard. He also loves being outdoors hiking, biking, running, and as much time at the beach with his family as possible.

Nicolas Coleman

Nic lives in Durham with his wife and two dogs. He is a licensed NC home inspector (#5070), has inspected hundreds of homes in Wake County/surrounding areas, and has been working with Corey in this franchise since the beginning of 2021. He is a member of the Triangle MLS (TMLS) and is fully insured with a $1 million E&O/Liability coverage policy. In his spare time, Nic loves spending time outdoors with his family hiking, paddleboarding, and kayaking.
